Unequal pair of villas. Mid C19. Stucco with stucco detail;
dry slate hipped roofs with modillion cornices; stuccoed
lateral stacks with moulded cornices, some of them as linked
pairs. Double-depth plan.
2 storeys; irregular articulated front. Mostly original
hornless or late C19 horned sashes; some windows with leaded
glazing. Stucco detail includes: some banded rustication to
ground floor and 1st-floor window of No.89 (left) with
pediment on consoles. Panelled doors to porches: the porch of
No.89 with moulded entablature and panelled pilasters, the
other porch with quoin rustication.
INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to be of interest.
