House and attached railings. c1820-50. Stucco over brick with
concealed roof.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 2 first-floor windows, with 3 first-floor
windows to right return. First- and second-floor bands
continue to right return. 6/6 sashes with 3/6 sashes to second
floor where original in plain reveals and with sills. Entrance
to right facade: steps to 6-panel door with fanlight with
decorative glazing in round-arched reveals. Right return has 3
x 6/6 sashes; two 3/6 sashes; 1/1 sash and 2 blind openings.
INTERIOR: 1983 List notes original joinery including Regency
staircase and hall door surrounds.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: railings with stick balusters to sides of
steps.
Occupies a corner site with St Philip's Street.
