Villa, now further education centre. Mid C19. Yellow gault
brick in Flemish bond. Low pitch Welsh slate hipped roof,
brick stack to right. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Symmetrical front.
Cast-iron verandah runs across ground floor with panelled
railings with crossed bar linking circles. At centre is a
2-leaf 8-panelled door set under flat gauged brick arch. First
floor has at centre a 2-leaf 2-pane French casement leading to
balcony with flanking 16-pane sashes each set under flat
gauged brick arch. Paired brackets to flat eaves. To right is
a C20 1-storey extension.
