Small house. Mid C19, extended C20.
MATERIALS: Red brick in Flemish bond, diamond pattern of blue
headers, formerly tuck pointed. Oversailing hipped slate roof.
PLAN: rectangular plan of 4 cells with C20 extension at rear.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. 3 chimneys with cornices and louvred
terrcotta pots. Entrance (north) front: symmetrical. 3 bays.
Sash windows under shallow segmental arches. Marginal glazing
to first floor windows. Stone band at first floor. Brick
pilasters at angles and either side of central entrance bay.
Blank recess in centre bay at first floor with 4 centred,
gauged brick arch, entrance door below has 6 fielded panels in
plain reveal with plain fanlight under an elliptical arch.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
