House at corner of Sion Hill, backing onto road. Built in two phases, late C18 to west part and late C19 to east.
MATERIALS: Squared limestone rubble to C18 block, machine cut ashlar to C19 block; double pitched roof, pantiled to north slope.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, two window front to C18 block with coped parapet and dentilled cornice (returned to garden front). Six/six-pane sash windows, those to left are lower than those to right where second floor window has balconette. No windows to ground floor of street facade.
INTERIOR: Not inspected. Bath Preservation Trust Interiors Survey reports survival of numerous features: stone stairs throughout, with square section metal rails and mahogany hand rail; dining room with alcoves, plaster ceiling with later embellishment; some modern replacement of other items.
