House. Early C19 with later C19 additions.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, slate roof with moulded stacks to gable ends.
PLAN: Three-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: Original building of three storeys, with two-window front encircled by coped parapet and cornice. Late C19 two storey lean-to range and single storey range to the north, street facade. Ashlar wall approx 3m high has repositioned doorcase with Tuscan pilasters and pediment to left, wrought iron scroll lamp bracket to centre and C20 garage doors to right. Garden front said to have balconettes to windows and platband.
