Terrace house. Early C19, altered late C19.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, crested slate roof hipped to left with stacks to left party wall.
PLAN: Double depth plan.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, attic storey and basement, two-window range. Plate glass sash windows. Two windows to attic storey, cornice and double lintel frieze, one window to first floor, left, cuts into frieze, window below and door to right have cornices on consoles, single window over six-panel door and overlight, high plinth, grand order of Tuscan pilasters, one to right, paired to left. To rear canted bay.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
