Early 20th century with later additions to rear. Single storey, 3 bay near T plan cottage. Tooled squared and snecked sandstone with droved ashlar dressings; long and short quoins.
S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: 3 bay, near symmetrical, comprising central architraved doorway; 2 leaf timber door with decorative fanlight; single windows to flanking bays; flat roofed single storey addition to left; lean to addition with circular recession, perhaps former window, to right.
E ELEVATION: predominantly blank; comprising with L plan lean to addition to left, advanced in central bay, with timber panelled door to N elevation; window to right return, facing E .
N ELEVATION: not seen 1997 (obscured by portacabins).
W ELEVATION: 3 bay; comprising window in bay to outer left; window in advanced bay to centre; bipartite window in advanced addition to right; timber door to re entrant angle between centre and right bays.
4 pane timber sash and case windows. Graded purple grey slate piended roof; cast iron rainwater goods; predominantly harled shouldered wallhead stacks; moulded cans.
INTERIOR: not seen 1997.
"1915" painted on lintel to door suggests date as early 20th century, but could be earlier.
