Part of a large group of marine workshop buildings, this block before 1900. Low 1 storey angled range, brackets to oversailing bargeboards, tarred slate roof rubble walls cut down chimneys to rear with lean-to extension. Outer wall with voussoir lintels, two 2 blocked doorways and 4 sashes with marginal glazing bars. Adjoining range at right angles to L rear (facing NE across Harbour) is not original and not included.
Listed as part of a (probably) unique group of purpose-built marine service buildings at a major British ferry port.
