History

Large later C19 3-storey and basement domestic block.

Exterior

Red brick with blue brick and freestone dressings to front and Pound Lane elevations, rubble plinth and rear wall. Slate roof, plain bargeboards, mid roof brick stacks, headers to eaves, inset band courses and quoins. 3 windows wide, keyblock treatment to upper lintels and plain band to ground floor, casements with horizontal glazing bars (transomed to lower floors). 3 pilastered door pieces with 4-panel doors up steps.
Rear elevation retains lozenge glazing.
