Late C19 to early C20 house, apparently rebuilt on site of a house of similar size. A photograph of c1900 shows a 3-bay whitewashed house without gables.
House, stone rubble walls, slate roof with stone rubble stack on left end and shared, stucco-clad stack to right. Ridge and eaves higher than those of Nos 33 and 35. Two storey 3-window range with 4-pane sashes throughout, upper windows smaller than those on ground floor, which are set either side of central doorway with C20 half-glazed door and plain overlight. All openings have slightly cambered brick heads. Gable over each of upper storey windows.
Included for group value, prominently placed at the end of the row of houses on the Quay.
