History

Probably C18, with large C20 extension to rear.

Exterior

Small house of 2 storeys with thatched roof (ridge tiled); brick chimney to L. Stone walls, rendered and colourwashed. Thatch at front rises over two small first floor windows (modern glazing). On ground floor, C20 porch over roughly central doorway, casement window to each side. To rear, large modern extension.

Reasons for Listing

A rare survivor within Cardiff of small thatched house.
