Earlier to mid C19 village house. Not marked on the 1846 Tithe Map.
Rubble stone with slate roof and stone end stacks, larger to right. Two-storey, three-window range, offset to left. Three small square 6-pane windows under eaves, ground floor 12-pane horned sash each side of C20 half-glazed door. Stone voussoirs to ground floor openings. C20 single storey extension to right.
Listed as an earlier C19 house retaining its regional character, still with the facade much offset to allow for big kitchen chimney.
