History

Small house dated 1826. marked on 1843 Tithe map, as Pentrefelin, owned and occupied by Evan Davies.

Exterior

Whitewashed rubble stone with slate roof and whitewashed stone end stacks. Two-storey, three-window range, offset to left. 16-pane horned sashes and stone sills. Stone slab lintels to ground floor, timber lintels above. Ledged door. Date plaque between centre and left windows, JD 1826.

Reasons for Listing

Listed as a well-preserved example of the smaller two-storey house of the region.
