Mid to late C19 small house, possibly built as service wing to No 3.
House, painted stucco-clad walls with slate roof and brick end stacks, left stack shared with No 3. Two-storey, 2-window small house. Two small C20 roof lights, 2-12-pane sash windows on first floor and one much larger 12-pane sash to ground floor right, not aligned. C20 glazed door to extreme left, against end wall of No 3. White painted eared stucco surrounds, and white-painted plinth.
Included for group value with No 3, and as part of the larger group of listed buildings on the E side of Hamilton Street.
