Suburban house. Mid C19. Plain stucco with plinth; dry slate
hipped roof with moulded cornice under deep eaves soffit.
L-shaped plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. Original
12-pane hornless sashes and central doorway with 4-panel
top-glazed door and plain fanlight within distyle Ionic porch
with fluted columns and dentilled cornice to moulded
entablature. INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of
interest.
