Close up of reassembled medieval glass. Panels of 1) St Mary Magdalene with salt cellar 2) St Barbara with crown and tower 3) St Edward the Confessor with crown. Of the six shields shown, I suggest 2) Gules a fess between six crosses crosslet for Beauchamp. 4) Azure a bend cotised between 6 lioncels rampant or for Humphrey de Bohun, 2nd Earl of Hereford 6) Or 3 chevronels gules for Clare. Blazonry for 1) Gules three crosses patee or 2 and 1 a bordure vaire azure and argent 3) Gules three bezants pierced 2 vert and 1 of the field 5) As 1 but crosses patee argent. (Photo Apr 2008).
