Cottage. Early C19. Granite rubble with granite dressings to
ground floor, rendered. Cob above; asbestos slate roof.
Original 12-pane horizontal-sliding sashes; C20 top-glazed
door on the right; ope (passage) doorway on the left with old
planked door. INTERIOR: not inspected but said to retain
original structural features.
