Detached villa. c 1830-40, Portland Estate St John's Wood villa development.
Stucco; slate roof. Italianate -Grecian. 2 storeys and semi-basement. 3 windows
wide. Central Doric porch approached by steps. Architraved margin glazed and
glazing bar sashes, tripartite on ground floor with consoled cornices. Giant
pilasters frame outer bays, linked by shallow segmental arches with egg and dart
moulding, beneath console-bracketed eaves of hipped roof. 2 later dormers. Flanking
corniced chimney stacks.
