Semi-detached villas. c 1830-40. Portland Estate St John's Wood villa development.
Stucco; slate roof. Italianate - Grecian similar to No. 27, q.v. 2 storeys (later
attic dormers) on semi-basement. Each 2 windows wide with outer entrance bays recessed.
Doric porches approached by steps. Architraved margin glazed sashes with consoled
cornices to ground floor tripartite windows. Inner advanced bays framed by giant
pilasters linked by shallow, segmental, egg and dart moulded arch below bracketed
eaves of hipped roof.
