Row of 5 Southill Estate cottages. Plaque: "S W 1798. Restored 1850".
Colourwashed roughcast, over timber frame. Clay tile roof with bands of
fishscale tiles. Symmetrical 8-window facade, one storey and attics. The 8
ground floor windows and the 5 gabled dormers all have 2-light casements with
glazing bars. 5 plank doors under open gabled porches. 2 red brick ridge
stacks and 2 red brick integral gable end stacks, all with brick decorative
mouldings. Brick and slate lean-to additions to rear.
