Slate ledger slab with white inlay lettering and relief carved panel of Parkyns arms with five billets and differenced by a crescent. Here lies the Body of Charles Parkyns 3d Son of Beaumont Parkyns late of Sutton Bonnington Esquire and Jane his wife. He departed this life the 7th day of July 1730 Aetatis suae 34.
