The Royal arms of King George III are over the south aisle doorway. Within the belt of the order of the Garter are Quarterly 1 and 4 England, 2, Scotland, and 3 Ireland. On an escutcheon of pretense surmounted by a grand dukes coronet: 1, Gules two lions passant guardant or of Brunswick, 2, Or seme of hearts a lion rampant azure of Luneburg, 3, Gules a horse courant argent of Westphalia, Inescutcheon Gules an electors bonnet of Hanover.
