House, now house pair. Mid C18. Timber-framed, now with exposed
framing and plaster infilling. 3 timber-framed bays, that to centre
longer. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys and attics on rendered stone
plinth. Close-studding of thin scantling, with straight tension braces.
Projecting red and grey brick, gable end stacks. 2 small hipped dormers.
Regular 3-window front of 2-light casements with top lights. Panelled
door with top light to No. 1 and ribbed door to No. 2 adjacent in
central bay, with open timber porches. Rendered rear lean-to. Interior
not inspected.
