Cottage with workshop. Late C18, altered C19 and C20. Coursed
squared gritstone, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 1 bay; 3
storeys to rear. Entrance right of centre has plain stone
surround with tie-stone jambs and rectangular overlight, large
square C19 shop window to left and the top of a blocked
round-arched opening low down on right. 2-light flat-faced
mullioned window to 1st floor, C20 top-hinged casements.
Paired gutter brackets, gable coping left, 4-flue brick stack
left. 2-light windows to rear facade.
