Circa 1840-50. No 10 is of 3 storeys red brick with rusticated rendered quoins.
Low pitch hipped slate roof. One dormer. Flat eaves. North front has 3 windows
to 2nd floor. Slightly camber headed sashes, glazing bars intact with rendered
voussoir and keystone flat arches. lst floor has 2 similar windows and large
canted bay window to left, sash lights, glazing bars, moulded surrounds, flush
panelled apron, cornice with iron guard rail over. Ground floor 2 similar sash
windows and enclosed rendered porch, slightly off centre with 6 panel door,
plain semi-circular fanlight. Moulded cornice and blocking course to porch.
Return front to road has one window each floor.
Low pitch half hipped slate roof, flat eaves. 2 recessed sashes, later glazing
on lst floor. Ground floor has tripartite sash window and recessed door of
4 flush panels with rectangular fanlight. South return front has 2 windows
each floor.
