4 cottages. Late C18. English garden wall bond brick with
slate roof. Each cottage is double-depth, single-bay with 2
storeys. Nos. 1 and 3 each have a door and a 3-light
casement window to the ground floor and a 2-light
horizontally sliding sash to the first floor: a large
chimney stack rises between them. Nos. 5 and 7 which were
built slightly later each have a door and a 3-light casement
window under a cambered brick arch to the ground floor, a 3-
light casement to the first and 2 tall ridge chimney stacks.
The eaves line is higher.
