House, now shop. Early C19 facade to possible earlier
structure. Stucco, with roof not visible behind parapet. 3
storeys, 4-window range with inserted late C20 shop front and
passage to rear court to right. First-floor windows are
12-pane sashes in shouldered architraves, set in
segmentally-arched arcades. The fluted keystones of the arcade
link with the projecting sill band of the second storey, which
has 6-pane sash windows in moulded architraves with decorative
iron balconettes. Moulded console brackets to eaves cornice.
