GV II

House, now shop. c1596, front rebuilt c1818. Brick; tile roof
with brick end stack. L-plan. Georgian style. 3 storeys;
single-window range. Top modillioned brick cornice. Early C20
shop front has canted window with entrance with C20 door to
left, entablature over all. Segmental-headed window with key
to 1st floor has large 6-pane sash with moulded frame; 2nd
floor has window with 9-pane sash. Rear 2-storey timber-framed
wing with C20 addition. INTERIOR: ground floor has some
exposed beams, one broadly chamfered.
