Town house, now hotel and shops. Datestone: E and A G/ 1673;
C20 additions. Yellow-washed brick; renewed-tile roof. 2
storeys; 4-window range. 1st floor has brick pilasters with
moulded caps; wide eaves. C20 round-headed entrance to left
end; 2 shop windows, early and late C20. 1st floor has large
windows with 12/12-pane horned sashes. 3 restored gabled
dormers with barge boards and 2-light small-paned casements.
Datestone to centre has initials and date in circles. One of
the earliest brick buildings in Stratford.
