Farmhouse and cottage: c1820 for Sir J T Stanley with late C19
alterations. Ashlar red sandstone, Welsh slate roof, 2 brick ridge
chimneys. 2-storey, 5-bay front. Windows are 3-light chamfered stone
mullions with deeply recessed iron casements. 2 doors are near
central and behind added gabled wooden porches. Blocked doorcase to
left in plain stone surround. To right is a lean-to behind a coped
wall with a 2-light stone mullioned window. In left gable are 4
25-pane sashes.
