House. C17 with C19 and C20 additions. Timber framed with brick
infill and brick with plain tile roof. Entrance front: gabled C20
porch at right to the left of and behind which are 10 x 2 cells of
small framing on a brick plinth with angle and tension braces at far
left and angle braces to the fourth upright from left. Two ground
floor 3-light casement windows. At first floor the wall height has
been raised and the new brickwork painted to simulate timber framing
with two 3-light casement windows. To the right is a C19 and C20
single storey addition. The left hand gable end has a timber framed
gable and a massive chimney stack with offsets. Small framing to the
gable.
Interior: Chamfered ceiling beams with decorative end stops to
parlour and inglenook fireplace with similarly moulded bressumer.
Wide board doors. C17 staircase. Timber framing exposed at first
floor level.
