GV II

House with ground floor shop. Early C19, with late C20 alteration. Brown brick, laid to Flemish bond, with Welsh slated roof covering and end brick stacks. 3 storeys, 2 bays with asymmetrical C20 glazed shop front and plain fascia. Above, sillband below tall first floor undivided sash windows with painted stone sills. Plain flat soldier arches, painted to imitate wedge lintels. Second floor windows are smaller versions of those below. Moulded eaves cornice. Rear elevation with recessed 6 over 6 pane sash windows. INTERIOR: not inspected. The building forms a group with Nos 90-98 (even) and Nos 104-110 (even) Northgate Street (qv).
