Stables and coach-house, now shop. c1826 with later
alterations. Pinkish-brown brick with Welsh slate roof.
2 storeys, 1 first-floor window with arched opening in wall
abutting to either side. Entrance in right round-arched
opening, a plate-glass door; wall above has copings. Main
range: chamfered plinth interrupted by plate-glass window in
moulded surround. First-floor cornice. First floor: pilaster
strips to ends and to sides of window. Central window a 6-pane
casement, sill. Double frieze with Greek key motif, cornice.
Shallow pyramidal roof.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
HISTORICAL NOTE: Warwick Street was laid out in 1822-26.
Abuts No.59 Warwick Street to right (qv), in turn the rear of
No.42 Parade (qv), for which it formed the stable block.
