House, now shop. c1830 with later additions and alterations
including late-C19 ground-floor shop front. Pinkish-brown
brick in English Garden Wall bond with painted stucco front
facade and Welsh slate roof.
2 storeys, 1 first-floor window. First floor: 6/6 sash in
plain reveals with sill. Ground floor: entrance to left a
plank door with overlight in glazed shop front with apron and
fielded pilasters to ends. Blocking course, copings.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
HISTORICAL NOTE: Warwick Street was laid out c1822-26.
Forms a group with No.64 Warwick Street (qv) and stands close
to the significant Parade. Included for group value.
