House. Early C19. Painted cement render. Plain-tile roof.
Integral brick gable-end stacks with plain shafts. Rectangular
2-cell plan with ridge parallel with street.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Street front is a 2-storey, 2-window
range of 2-light leaded mullioned casement windows, those to
the ground floor with transoms. Central doorway with small
bracketed hood and vertically panelled door.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Forms a group with the other buildings in Church Street and
included for group value.
