House, now 2 houses. Early C19. Painted roughcast render.
Irregularly pitched roof to front range with slate to front
roof pitch with moulded brick eaves, and plain-tile and slate
to rear roofs. Integral brick gable-end stack to left with
plain shafts, and brick eaves stack to rear. 2-cell plan with
ridge parallel with street and parallel rear range.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Street front is a 2-storey, 4-window
range of 8/8 sashes with those to the left (No.43) now
replaced in uPVC. Projecting ground-floor bay to No.43 with
slate pentice roof, renewed 8/8 sash window and entrance door
frame with small brackets. Projecting C20 porch under slate
pentice roof to No.45 on right side. C20 windows to right-hand
return gable ends. Rear range of C20 roughcast rendered walls
and C20 windows.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Forms a group with other buildings in Church Street and
included for group value.
