Villa. c1834-40. Stucco over brick with concealed roof and end
brick stacks. Double depth plan with central hallway.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. Stucco detailing
includes full-height end pilasters, central architrave with 2
pairs of Doric pilasters, entablature and blocking course
surmounted by Doric pilasters to either side of central
window, surmounted by dentil entablature and blocking course.
Windows have tooled architraves, those to ground floor with
cornices on console brackets. First floor has 1/1 sashes;
ground floor has tripartite windows with 1/1 sashes; all
sashes are horned and in plain reveals and with sills.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
HISTORICAL NOTE: houses on Tivoli Road (originally Tivoli) are
shown as laid out on Merrett's Map of 1834.
