2 semi-detached houses. c1830-40 with later additions and
alterations. Brick with painted stucco sills under hipped
slate roof, party-wall stack to front and rear roof slopes
with oversailing detail and pots.
PLAN AND EXTERIOR: double-depth with entrances in later
side-wings set back to each return-elevation; wing to west
(No.4) is single-storey, wing to east (No.5) is 2-storey.
2-storey service-wings to rear.
3 storeys and cellar. 2 first-floor windows. 6/6 sashes to
first- and ground-floor, 3/3 to second-floor; all in plain
reveals with sills and flat gauged-brick arches. 4-panel
entrance door, fanlight with radial glazing bars.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: louvered shutters to ground-floor
