A traditionally-detailed, intact house forming part of a terrace fronting Ayton's High Street (see separate list entries for 'Ayton, High Street, Beech Cottage', 'Ayton, 'Ayton, High Street, Sawmill House'). Beech Villa is particularly notable for the retention of its original glazing and 6-pane fanlight, and its unusually steep basement entrance - a common feature in the terrace.
