History

C19 detached house with shop, the detail all late C19. Occupied in 2001 by Tenby Book Shop.

Exterior

Commercial premises, painted stucco with slate roof behind parapet, hipped to left, and with brick stack to right. Two storeys, 3 window bays. Quoins at right end only, moulded cornice and parapet. First floor 4-pane sash window in moulded surround to right, and 2 canted oriels with moulded cornices, hipped roofs and 2-4-2-pane sashes. Moulded cornice over ground floor carried around bases of oriels. Doorway to right with pilasters and frieze, C20 glazed door and overlight. C20 shopwindow and door to right, presumably lower than original window. Rendered right end wall. Left end to Cob Lane has chamfered angle, parapet, cornice, and quoins to left. Red brick left end stack. Length of cornice over ground floor, C20 ground floor shopwindow set low, similar to front shop-window. Tripartite sash to first floor left.
