Exterior

C19 white painted cast iron milepost of triangular form with the top face obliquely cut. Black painted raised lettering reading: "Pencoed Station 6" on the top face, "Lantwit 3 1/4 miles" on the left hand face and " Bridgend 6 miles" on the right hand face.

Listed grade II for historic interest as a surviving C19 milepost.
