Small, narrow-frontage house in row, now shop with flat above. C16, probably heightened in C17. Timber-frame, plaster panels, tile roof. Side-entry right-angle plan, with gable to street. A jettied structure with hipped roof; low ceiling heights. Three storeys, one-windowed. Three-light casements, at first floor also with transom, and with small lights on the returns. All in vertical small-panel framing with mid rails, jettied over a C20 two-light shop front with glazed door to left.

INTERIOR: both party walls are in square panel framing through the full height; the front wall heavily but carefully restored, with mainly new timbers, in 1991. No fireplaces or stack visible.
