House in row, now retail unit and flats. Early C19 front on C16 fabric. Flemish bond brickwork, timber-framing, tile roof, brick stack. Side-entry right-angle plan, with gable to street. A tall narrow property in four storeys and basement, one-windowed. In the truncated and shouldered gable a six-pane sash, and at first and second floors a 16-pane sash, all to splayed V-joint lintels with keystone and stone cills. Ground floor has two-light C19 shop front with glazed door to left, on two stone steps. The deep fascia has decorative cast-iron cresting for its full width. Grille to basement in pavement. Stone coping to gable. Square brick stack with stepped capping to right party wall.

INTERIOR: ground floor front only inspected. Substantial braced framing exposed in both party walls.
