GV II

Terrace of 3 town houses. 1820s, No.15 with later C19 alterations. Brick with buff headers and stucco dressings; slate roof, renewed to No.13, with brick stacks paired across ridge and end stack. Double-depth plan. Georgian style. 2 storeys; 6-window range. Plain eaves. Entrances to left of windows have doorcases with pilasters, friezes and flat cornices, doors with 2 glazed, 2 fielded and 2 flush panels, but No.15 has plain doorcase with consoled cornice and overlight to 3-fielded-panel door, segmental-headed entry to left end and carriage entrance to right end with C20 doors in case as to front door. Windows have sills, and rusticated wedge lintels with keys over 16-pane sashes; No.15 has canted bay window with consoled cornice over 2:4:2-pane sash to left of entrance. College Street is part of the development of the land on which the medieval priests' college stood until 1799, in an area of good quality early C19 housing.
