Town house. 1820s. Brick with buff headers and stucco
dressings; slate roof with brick end stack. Double-depth plan.
Georgian style. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Top cornice.
Entrance to right of window has moulded doorcase with flat
cornice, overlight with decorative glazing bars to door with 3
fielded over 2 flush panels. Windows have sills, and
rusticated wedge lintels with keys over 16-pane sashes.
College Street is part of the development of the land on which
the medieval priests' college stood until 1799, in an area of
good quality early C19 housing.
