2 semi-detached houses, now offices. c1820 with later additions and alterations including later C19 range at right. Red brick with painted stucco dressings, plain-tile roof, and hipped slate roof to range at right, stacks to main ridge and gable ends with oversailing details and pots. 3 storeys. 5 (2:3) first-floor windows with 2-storey, one-window range to right. Stucco detailing includes doorcases, frieze, cornice
and blocking course to main range, all sills, frieze and cornice to right-range. Mainly 8/8 sashes except first-floor left which is 8/12 and second floor which are 4/4, and 6/6
sashes to right range, all in plain reveals with sills, and with flat gauged brick arches (except to right, first-floor window). Open porch to left forms part of enclosed single-storey passage between left return of building and South boundary wall; semi-circular arch to entrance with impost blocks, rusticated voussoirs and projecting keystone, mutilated parapet; 4-panel door, top pair glazed, radial pattern fanlight, and sidelights. Further entrance at right-end of facade, Tuscan-style doorcase, upper part of door margin-glazed as is fanlight. INTERIOR: not inspected.
