Boundary wall. Early C19, possibly later C19 alterations.
Coursed rubble in diminishing courses, one ashlar pier,
monolithic stone gate piers, rounded stone coping. Overall
length approx 100m, enclosing the house and garden on S and E
sides (Headingley Lane and North Grange Road). Varies in
height from approx 6m at N end, ramped down to square-section
ashlar pier with moulded capstone; lower stretch approx 2m
high with pedestrian gateway: square-section piers, moulded
base and cornice with pyramidal capstone and finial, gate
missing.
