Bridge. Road bridge over the Ledwyche Brook. 1824, replacing
earlier bridge. By John Straphen. Coursed rubble with ashlar
dressings. Single-span segmental arch with swept approach
walls. Ashlar voussoirs and coursed rubble spandrels with
ashlar string course over. Parapet with weathered ashlar
coping. Piers with coping at ends of approach walls. Benchmark
on south parapet coping.
