Description

Style of H E Clifford. 2-storey deep-eaved villa with mullioned and transomed windows. 2-bay front to Newlands Road, the right bay deep and canted: entrance on E flank to Lubnaig Road. Snecked ashlar, polished dressings, sash windows, small paned upper panels; end stacks, big piended roof with red ridging tiles and finials.

Low boundary wall, domed circular piers at street corner.
